Dr. Lyons attended Georgetown University, earning his B.S. in Biochemistry. He received his M.D. from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School and completed his general surgery residency at Houston Methodist Hospital.
He then completed dual fellowships in Colon & Rectal Surgery and Minimally Invasive Surgery through Baylor University Medical Center and the University of Texas Medical School. Patients describe him as calm, compassionate, and highly thorough.
