3. Appointment Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled by calling our office at (702) 992-7971. We request at least 24 hours notice for appointment cancellations. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in discharge from our practice.

We accept most major insurance plans. It is your responsibility to verify coverage with your insurance provider. You are responsible for all charges not covered by insurance, including co-pays, deductibles, and non-covered services.
