A Surgeon with a Passion for Precision and Patient Care
Dr. Lyons earned his degree in Biochemistry from Georgetown University. He received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, followed by his general surgery training at Houston Methodist Hospital. Dr. Lyons also completed dual fellowships in Colon & Rectal Surgery and Minimally Invasive Surgery through Baylor University Medical Center and the University of Texas Medical School.

He went on to complete two advanced fellowships:
- Colon & Rectal Surgery Fellowship — Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas
- Minimally Invasive Colon & Rectal Surgery Fellowship — The University of Texas Medical School at Houston
